# 从真实经历到可核验的简历与作品集

从岗位要求出发，整理真实经历、证据和作品链接，形成一页简历与一个轻量作品集页面。

## Execution steps

### 1. 拆解岗位真正需要的能力

Purpose: 避免用一份泛化简历投所有岗位。

Action: 提取岗位任务、必要证据和高频关键词，分成必须具备、可以证明和暂时缺少三类。

Deliverable: 岗位能力与证据表

Suggested tools: ChatGPT / Claude / Kimi

Human check: 删除招聘文案里的空泛形容词，只保留能用作品证明的要求。

### 2. 把经历写成可核验结果

Purpose: 用事实代替自我评价。

Action: 按问题、行动、结果、证据整理经历；没有准确数字时写具体范围，不猜测数据。

Deliverable: 经历素材库

Suggested tools: ChatGPT / Claude / Obsidian

Human check: 逐句标记能够提供证据的部分，删除夸大或无法证明的内容。

### 3. 生成一页简历和作品集结构

Purpose: 让招聘者先看到相关证据。

Action: 把最相关的三项经历放在前面，并为每个作品写背景、角色、过程、结果和复盘。

Suggested tools: Canva / Figma / ChatGPT

Human check: 确认姓名、联系方式等个人信息只放在你主动控制的最终文件里，不进入 NEWVAR。

### 4. 检查链接、隐私和机器可读性

Purpose: 避免作品打不开或泄露旧客户资料。

Action: 逐个打开链接，删除无授权素材，导出文本可选择的 PDF，并用手机检查页面。

Suggested tools: GitHub / Cloudflare / Canva

Human check: 使用未登录浏览器打开所有公开链接，确认权限和隐私正确。
