What we collect
When you send a collaboration enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, collaboration type, message, chosen language, and consent record. We do not intentionally store your raw IP address.
Why we use it
We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an accurate record of our correspondence.
Retention and storage
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are normally deleted after 12 months unless an active collaboration or legal obligation requires longer retention. Backups follow the same retention policy.
Analytics and cookies
The first version of this website uses privacy-focused Cloudflare Web Analytics and does not use advertising trackers. Essential security technology may be used to protect the contact form.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your enquiry by emailing privacy@newvarlab.com. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry data for automated decision-making.
